摘要: This thesis tells a story of today, Mexico City, and plan for desirable future the Municipality Valle de Chalco, an informal settlement affected by metropolitan mismanagement water resources. Today uneven developments dominate in City Metropolitan Area, result Neoliberal urbanization process. The current urban reality is unbalanced power relations between city makers that priorities core dwellers are pushed into poverty towards peripheral areas.
