摘要: An apparatus for preparing coffee extract is equipped with a water feeding structure (1, 2), an extracting receptacle (4) receiving ground (5), the having outlet (6) dispensing extract, conduit (3) conducting from 2) towards (4), and flow heater (7) heating generating steam in (3). Gurgling of prevented or reduced that buffer storage (8, 11) provided communication portion between accommodating volume which variable response to pressure fluctuations (9) (7).
