摘要: Although there are sixteen elements of the Stokes matrix, they constructed from basically four amplitudes and three phase differences. This course implies that exist nine independent relationships connecting elements. These equalities for scattering by a single particle in fixed orientation direction. When matrices an ensemble particles differing size, orientation, morphology, or optical properties added incoherently, only six become one-way inequalities. relations will prove to be very useful providing consistency checks on experimental measurements all
