摘要: A biologically potent, tumor-promoting phorbol ester from Croton tiglium L. induces the appearance of transformed clones in a population contact-inhibited fibroblasts mouse cell line 3T3. Mixed populations cells with 10,000 3T3 and 100 virus-transformed were exposed to and, comparison untreated cells, showed marked increase numbers that grew. Exposure cultures carcinogen 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene alone or prior exposure did not cause any number clones.
