摘要: The aim of the this study was to investigate development explosive leg power by using 2 similar jumping protocols (countermovement jump and standing broad jump) in 555 Belgian, high-level young soccer players, aged between 7 20 years. total sample divided into 3 longitudinal samples related growth maturation (pre-teenchildhood: (6–10 years;), early adolescence: (11–16 years;) late (17–20 years)), 6 multilevel regression models were obtained. Generally, both emphasized that chronological age, body size dimensions (by means fat mass childhood adolescence groups, fat-free group stature – (not for CMJ group) motor coordination (one item a 3-component test battery) are predictors from adulthood. contribution maturational status not investigated study. present findings highlight importance including non-specific talent programs.
