摘要: Dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) have attracted intensive attention for their low cost and environmentally friendly comparing to the based on silicon. Acting as photoanodes, nanostructured TiO2 affects overall performance of DSSCs, that provides direct pathways photogenerated electrons enhance electron transport rate, significantly improve charge collection efficiency. In this work, Titania (such arrays flowers) were fabricated metallic Ti foils via a soft solution approach. It was found by adding hexamethylenetetramine nitric acid into reaction solution, titania nano changed from nanorods nanoflowers. Both films employed construct back-side illuminated dye-sensitized (DSSCs). The properties investigated current voltage curves electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). photoelectric conversion efficiency nanorod-derived DSSCs is about more than 150% higher nanoflower-derived ones.
