摘要: The present invention relates to a crystalline iron phosphate doped with metal (MFePO4), which is used as precursor of olivine-structured LiMFePO4 (LMFP) cathode active material for lithium secondary batteries, and method preparing the phosphate, wherein has following formula (I) obtained by crystallizing amorphous doping latter different type metal. Formula (I): MFePO4, where M selected from group consisting Ni, Co, Mn, Cr, Zr, Nb, Cu, V, Ti, Zn, Al, Ga, Mg, B. preparation LMFP, using can increase efficiency reduce processing costs compared another same mixing types in solid state.
