摘要: Polyvinyl chloride- (PVC)- based nanocomposites, containing graphite nanosheets (G), which may be used as electromagnetic wave absorbers was developed and investigated. The microstructure of polyvinyl chloride/graphite nanocomposites (PVC/G) were examined by means X -ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermal gravimetric analyses (TGA). SEM image reveals that the well dispersed in PVC matrix without agglomeration. Thermal stability PVC/G is improved a result inclusion nanosheets. characterized to investigate effect dispersion matrix. dielectric spectroscopy frequency range from 1 12 GHz has been performed. results show exhibit high constant at measured frequencies. Coefficient attenuation coefficient reflection composites have also GHz. interference shielding effectiveness (EMI) depends on volume fraction composite. represents new class conducting lightweight nanomaterial can absorb waves microwave promising for future commercial use. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
