摘要: Novel perfluoropolyether-modified silanes are improved in water/oil repellency, parting properties, chemical resistance, lubricity, durability, antifouling properties and fingerprint wipe-off. An antireflection filter is also provided comprising an inorganic layer including a surface the form of silicon dioxide-base layer, preferably silane, on layer. The has sliding angle oleic acid up to 5°, change after solvent washing relative before being 10%.
