摘要: In this paper, the problem of scrambling code (SC) planning and optimization in 3G networks is addressed. Scrambling Codes are used to identify distinguish cells from one another WCDMA networks. These SCs reported by mobile users network declare which they able connect to. Under limitation available be assigned we propose various allocation schemes that assign codes according planner needs. addition, a detection algorithm SC clashes 1 has been developed recommended assignment then proposed decrease overall interference. Our results were applied live cellular achieved performance benefit presented.
