摘要: The self-reported health status and life satisfaction of 286 first-year Duke University medical students in four consecutive classes were measured at the beginning end school year compared statistically with relevant sociodemographic behavioral factors. Health status, quantitated terms Profile scores, was generally lower for women than men. Although there a definite trend worsening along all parameters during both men, most marked change increase depressive symptoms. who very satisfied had fewer symptoms depression anxiety; higher self-esteem, better physical, mental, social health; stronger ties; more physical activity; sleep; stressful events. Strong ties factor positively related to satisfaction.
