摘要: Overweight and obese men face numerous health problems, including type 2 diabetes, subfertility, even infertility. However, few studies have focused on the effects of nutritional status obesity-related regulatory signals fertility deficiency. Our previous observations shown that elevation plasma 5'-adenosine monophosphate (5'-AMP) accumulation adenosine in liver muscle diabetic db/db mice are related to insulin resistance. Here, we found testis is a common marker both genetic obesity high-fat-diet induced mice. An messenger RNA sequencing analysis indicated 78 upregulated genes 155 downregulated 5'-AMP-treated overlapped with same ob/ob mice, these belonged clusters steroid metabolic process regulation hormone levels, respectively. Serum testosterone was reduced Metabolomic based 1 H nuclear magnetic resonance showed testicular profiles were similar those 5'-AMP treated Exogenous inhibited phosphorylation AKT mammalian target rapamycin signal transduction proliferating cell antigen expressions testes. results suggest causes disorders testes associates lower level
