摘要: Abstract In order to develop a new low-temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC), the microwave dielectric properties and microstructure of (Mg 3− x Co )(VO 4 ) 2 were investigated. The grain growth Mg 3 (VO ceramic was observed as sintering temperature increased from 750 1050 °C; maximum Q · f value 65,440 GHz obtained at 1050 °C. At 1075 °C, decomposed form MgO liquid phases; sample decreased. As for substitution Mg, XRPD patterns showed single phase over whole composition range; individual curves indicated values density which gradually converge is but shift toward lower temperatures with Mg. result, 78,906 GHz constant 9.5 = 2 when sintered 900 °C 5 h in air, whereas coefficient −94.5 ppm/°C.
