摘要: BACKGROUND Unstable intertrochanteric fractures of the hip, especially reverse oblique are a serious problem in traumatology, as there is no standard method treatment and inadequate carries significant complication rate. To assess surgical results trochanteric fractures. MATERIAL/METHODS Between 1997-2010, 389 patients with were treated. 28 (7.1%) these classified oblique. This group consisted 10 men 18 women, aged 24 to 98 years. All underwent surgery. Following options used; dynamic hip screw (DHS)--10 patients, proximal femoral nail (PFN)--13 condylar (DCS)--2 angular plate--4 UFN spiral blade--1 patient, bone plate--1 patient. Since 2000, all treated PFN. RESULTS Seventeen (60.7%) hips healed without complications. In three fixation was unsuccessful. The first who unhealed because non-union, types (DHS, DCS PFN) before finally receiving total revision cement prosthesis. second patient suffered re-fracture following plate procedure changed into DHS. third DCS, varus deformity. Twelve out thirteen PFN-treated Six died few years after surgery due unrelated causes. CONCLUSIONS operative using intramedullary fewer complications than internal extramedullary fixation.
