摘要: The magnetoresistance of reduced and doped SrTi${\mathrm{O}}_{3}$ was measured at 4.2\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K in fields up to 8000 Oe. effect studied for directions primary current magnetic field along the major crystalline axes. Results are agreement with theoretical prediction 3 (or 6) energy minima on $〈100〉$ Assuming an isotropic collision time, effective-mass ratio is either 4.0 or 0.34.
