摘要: To understand the genetic basis of floral traits associated with mating system in rice, we analyzed pistil, stamen and glume using a recombinant inbred line population, derived from cross between an Asian cultivated rice (Oryza sativa L.), Pei-kuh, wild rufipogon Griff.), W1944. Quantitative trait loci (QTLs) affecting morphology were detected by composite interval mapping linkage map constructed 147 markers, mostly RFLPs. A total 7, 4, 14 6 QTLs for related to stamen, size shape glume, respectively. Comparison 31 these organs revealed ten different four adjacent regions on chromosomes 2, 5 10, but most (68%) located separately whole chromosomes. Although stigma breadth, anther length thickness lemma palea explained more than 25% phenotypic variance, (87%) had smaller effects. These results suggest that quantitative variation observed is controlled several distinct genes small
