摘要: The term "nuclear rotation" refers to a motion of nucleoli within interphase nuclei several cell types. No mechanism or function has been ascribed this phenomenon, and it was unknown whether nuclear structures in addition participate motion. Moreover, unclear rotation occurs independent concurrent juxtanuclear cytoplasm. work reported here presents quantitative evidence, for three-dimensional intranuclear, tandem fluorescently labeled chromatin domains associated with those remote from nucleoli. results show that such is curvilinear, not restricted nucleoli, and, moreover, independently juxtanuclear, cytoplasmic structures. These suggest represents karyoplasmic streaming its transpose pores actively transcribed.
