摘要: BACKGROUND: The aim of this study was to map pre-procedural variables for insertion a central venous catheter, prophylactic blood component use and investigate whether any independent variable could be identified as an risk factor associated bleeding complications in patients outside the intensive care unit. METHODS: In retrospective study, we investigated 1737 consecutive insertions catheters 1444 large university hospital during 2009-2010. Pre-procedural coagulation status, use, type site were recorded compared with documented on electronic charts. RESULTS: No serious connection catheters. Sixteen 1769 (0.9%) caused grade 2 bleeding, defined requiring prolonged compression at site. Insertion bore dialysis catheter found complications. Neither conventional tests nor accidental arterial puncture or number needle passes predict study. CONCLUSION: This non-ICU patients, shows that association line are uncommon is likely mild-bleeding population. (Less)
