摘要: The reactions accompanying the electrodeposition of binary copper selenium compounds from cupric sulfate and selenious acid solutions were studied by voltammetry. deposits chemically analyzed formed phases identified X-ray diffractometry. deposit composition is determined fluxes Cu(II) Se(IV) species arriving at electrode in a relatively narrow potential range, [minus]0.5 to [minus]0.8 V vs. MSE. For more negative values potential, only Cu[sub 2]Se obtained as solid but nonadherent compound. If there excess, it reduced soluble selenide species. A model gives distribution products function solution concentration applied potential.
