摘要: Abstract The cell-surface proteins of Drosophila embryos at gastrula and myoblast fusion stages were characterized by radioiodination two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Over 13% the cell surface detected in not found stage or embryonic line EH34A3 cells. Nearly 18% evident only that stage. Embryonic compared with from untreated cells treated 20-hydroxyecdysone, which induces aggregation expression “new” ( D. F. Woods C. A. Poodry, 1983 , Dev. Biol.96, 23–31). Only one induced ecdysone was NP-40 soluble fraction radioiodinated lysates, even after fractionation lectin affinity chromatography immunoprecipitation to enrich for putative proteins. However, extraction insoluble pellet embryo revealed additional protein present both hormone-treated culture It concluded except these two proteins, cultured lines treatment 20-hydroxyecdysone are significant amounts embryos.
