摘要: The paper develops a multiclass, multimodal dynamic traffic equilibrium model with consideration of the departure time choice problem. Travelers choose and route simultaneously Logit-based structure. travel cost is summation schedule delay which associated arrival at destination. In addition, travelers are classified into three groups according to their value time. A variational inequality (VI) formulation proposed based on conditions. Two examples given testify effectiveness solution algorithm. can give optimal as well best time, would contribute control guidance.
