摘要: Summary Sleep disturbances and depressive symptoms are associated closely with daytime dysfunctions, yet few studies have investigated their temporal relationship in a randomized controlled trial. We the inter-relationships among sleep, functioning following an integrative body–mind–spirit (I-BMS) intervention. One hundred eighty-five participants (mean age 55.28 years, 75.1% female) co-existing sleep were to I-BMS or waiting-list. Daytime variables included dysfunction items of Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index (PSQI-day), Somatic Symptom Inventory, Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale Short Form Health Survey collected at baseline, post-treatment 3-month follow-up. measured by PSQI (PSQI-night) Center for Epidemiological Studies (excluding item) (CESD-M). Regression path analyses used understand role symptoms. found significant group time effects on almost all group × time interactions PSQI-day somatic The adjusted regression model showed that CESD-M was variables. However, PSQI-night only PSQI-day. Path indicated bridged two-way direction after conclusion that, intervention, improvement related predominantly Night-time specific disturbances. Therefore, ‘sleep-specific impairment’ could be regarded as major link from night-time More required concept impairment’.
