摘要: ABSTRACTA dual-band circularly polarized four-arm Spidron fractal antenna is proposed for Ku-band satellite communication. The characteristic realized using two-crossed dipole antennas of different lengths. Each arm includes a patch to generate circular polarization and printed meander-line reduce the size. fed by 50- coaxial cable, conducting cavity utilized obtain directional radiation pattern. experiments demonstrate that fabricated exhibits −10 dB reflection bandwidths ranging from 10.75 GHz 12.65 13.33 more than 15 with broad 3 axial ratio bandwidth covering frequency range 10.66–14.46 GHz. measured peak gains are 8.76 dBic in lower band 7.43 upper band.
