摘要: Abstract Various stages of the recrystallization process tensile deformed aluminium single crystals were investigated by means HVEM and X-ray texture measurement. The have a simple microstructure consisting 2 components. Samples annealed under observation in heating stage high voltage microscope. Recrystallization nuclei observed to orientations which already present microstructure. New generated twinning selection favoring better coincidence orientations. A model for nucleation is proposed. In Part II, results will be compared with measurements.
