摘要: Scale-up potential of cultivating Chlorella zofingiensis in piggery wastewater for simultaneous treatment and biodiesel production was tested. The cultivation C with autoclaved NaClO-pretreated wastewater, algae indoors outdoors, stability semi-continuous feeding operation were examined. results showed that cultivated pretreated by autoclaving NaClO had no evident difference the performance nutrient removal, algal growth production. outdoor experiments indicated able to adapt grow well outdoors. replacing 50% culture fresh every 1.5 days could provide a stable net biomass productivity 1.314 g L-1 day(-1).
