摘要: Carboxymethyl potato starch (CMPS) was synthesized under heterogeneous reaction conditions. The influences of etherification temperature, alkalization and time, sodium hydroxide to monochloroacetic acid (MCA) molar ratio (nNaOH/nMCA), theoretical degree substitution (DSt), the isopropyl alcohol (IPA) volume mass (vIPA/mst) on (DS) efficiency (RE) CMPS were investigated. Compared with previous literature data, results had significant difference for optimal carboxymethylation conditions from different sources. prepared showed highest DS RE, which 1.36 0.88, respectively. Furthermore, RE value in this work is considerably higher than that reported literature. time also discussed independently.
