摘要: Abstract A flow cytometric method has been developed for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of biological activities phytotoxins from plant pathogenic fungi. The utilized fresh wheat ( Triticum aestivum L.) leaf protoplast preparations treated with purified phytotoxins, triticone A-B D. Subsequently, protoplasts were exposed to fluorescein diacetate, analyzed by cytometry. Information acquired included fluorescence owing esterase activity on chlorophyll autofluorescence. Results indicate that a rapid dose-dependent toxic effect but D no effect. This can also yield information mechanism action are relatively unstable or available only in small quantities.
