摘要: Abstract This work presented a multichannel sensor named RB-FC for Hg2+ detection, which was simply prepared by reaction of rhodamine B hydrazide with 2-amino-4-ferrocenylthiazole. Its structure confirmed FT-IR, NMR, MS and X-ray diffraction. The addition destroyed the spirolactam ring, resulting in enhanced absorbance recorded UV–visible fluorescence spectroscopy, to color change from colorless pink observed naked eye. Moreover, molecular configuration caused coordination effect influenced electron density ferrocene group, therefore electrochemical characteristic Hg(II)-RB-FC different RB-FC. Importantly, off–on mechanism, namely opening induced O S atoms 1:1 stoichiometric ratio, proposed account for fluorescence changes. aqueous medium showed low detection limit rapid response Hg2+. developed can conveniently detect mercury ions colorimetry, electrochemistry.
