摘要: Antioxidant activity, total phenolic content, anthocyanin and six other fruit characters including titratable acid concentration, soluble solids, firmness, percentage of bruised berries were determined for nine blueberry (Vaccinium L. sp.) cultivars at harvest various postharvest intervals after storage 5 °C.
