摘要: Abstract This study presents an integrated waste-to-energy process, using two waste streams, sludge generated from the municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and biochar biomass gasification systems, to produce fungible biomethane nutrient-rich digestate with fertilizer value. Two woody biochar, namely pinewood (PBC) white oak (WOBC) were used as additives during anaerobic digestion (AD) of WWTP enhance methane production at mesophilic thermophilic temperatures. The PBC WOBC have porous structure, large surface area desirable chemical properties be AD amendment material sequester CO2 biogas in digester. biochar-amended digesters achieved average content up 92.3% 79.0%, corresponding sequestration by 66.2% 32.4% AD, respectively. Biochar addition enhanced process stability increasing alkalinity, but inhibitory effects observed high dosage. It also alleviated free ammonia inhibition 10.5%. rich macro- micronutrients including K (up 300 m/L), Ca 750 mg/L), Mg 1800 mg/L) Fe 390 mg/L), making a potential alternative agricultural lime fertilizer.
