摘要: As an emerging biosensing technology, Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technique, characterized by high sensitivity, label-free detection and real-time monitoring, has been extensively applied in biochemical analysis, environmental monitoring refractive index measurement. In this paper, angle modulated SPR spectrometer with resolution is designed manufactured. First, according to the modeling simulation for spectrometer, several key parameters such as light source, thickness of golden film Cr are determined. Then, system based on 5-layers Kretchmann prism structure developed analysis. System performance tested after established. We test power stability laser first, which up 1.504% (5min). Different concentrations glycerol measured demarcate system. we deionized water ten times continuously, a 1.5×10 -5 RIU achieved. At last, different glucose solution measured, resonance angles used calculate solutions, more accurate than result Abbe refractometer. The relationship between concentration presented liner fitting.
