摘要: To diagnose cancer, mammography is usually performed in patients with breast cancer; however, the detection rate low among younger women because of their denser tissue. Computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and ultrasound provide anatomical information but not functional about cancer. These modalities also are helpful assessing or predicting therapeutic response. Thus, to develop an technique predict responsiveness tumors chemotherapy for individual would be most helpful. Drug targeting through a receptor enzymaticmediated process effective way cellselective drug delivery this allows satisfactory transport as well ligand-dependent cell specificity.
