Diffuse form of primary leptomeningeal gliomatosis. Case report.

摘要: Primary leptomeningeal gliomatosis is rare, and the diffuse form even rarer with only three cases reported in literature. A fourth case described this report. Computerized tomography (CT) findings showed hydrocephalus enhancement of cerebral cisterns, analysis cerebrospinal fluid obtained by lumbar puncture many atypical cells. Based on these findings, a diagnosis tumor was made. There some improvement neurological CT following radiotherapy chemotherapy.
