摘要: Rate allocation control is a feedback algorithm for dynamic rescheduling of power flows to alleviate transmission link overloads. For computation speed, the uses simplifying approximations including linearization. To investigate potential rate as tool on-line emergency control, it tested with simulation program detailed modeling prime mover dynamics, nonlinear load flow, and conventional governors voltage regulators. The test case realistic scenario developed from well-known system upset. Two simulations are presented demonstrate several features control.
