摘要: This essay is a critique of Larry Lessig's book, Code and other Laws Cyberspace (Basic Books, 1999). It summarizes theory the four modalities regulation in cyberspace: code, law, markets, norms. applies this to topics privacy speech, illustrating how code can undermine basic rights or liberties.
