摘要: Objective To evaluate whether posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is related to outcomes in persons with severe mental illness (SMI) participating a study of vocational rehabilitation programs. Background PTSD common comorbid people SMI, but it unknown interferes the ability benefit from programs such as supported employment. Methods The relationships between and symptoms, health, quality life, work was examined 176 clients SMI 2-year randomized controlled trial three programs: employment based on Individual Placement Support model, psychosocial program transitional employment, standard services.
