摘要: Newborns have despite of low clotting factors and an in vitro poor platelet function a good functioning hemostasis. The reason for that is still not completely clear. Platelet counts healthy neonates are similar to those normal adults, but their platelets react hyporesponsively variety physiological agonists, resulting decreased activation aggregation [1–4].
