摘要: Acute coronary syndromes belong to the most frequent diagnoses in prehospital setting. The initial goal of emergency physician or paramedic is confirm diagnosis ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) from anamnestic data and a 12-lead ECG with subsequent immediate initiation reperfusion. Using evidence-based criteria, preferred reperfusion strategies, i.e., primary percutaneous intervention (PCI) versus fibrinolysis also facilitated PCI, are then considered. Finally, current literature review focuses on concomitant analgesic, anti-ischemic, platelet-inhibiting anticoagulant medication for management STEMI.
