摘要: A novel modified dumbbell shape electromagnetic bandgap structure (EBGSs), trapezoidal slotted EBGS, has been introduced. Very wide stopband and improved low-pass performances have reported for particular designs using them. These are compared with conventional EBGS. Trapezoidal pattern shown very attractive performance sharp attenuation significantly reduced ripple heights in insertion loss curve.
