Isoniazid-Induced Acute Pancreatitis with Pseudocyst

摘要: Numerous medications have the potential to induce acute pancreatitis. However, isoniazid-induced pancreatitis is extremely rare. Drug-induced can be diagnosed by improvement after stopping drug and recurrence of when rechallenged. We present a case severe accompanied multiple large pseudocysts isoniazid treatment for pulmonary tuberculosis. confirmed that induced rechallenging cessation. Most previous reports been clinically mild forms, patient fully recovered with supportive management. this presents permanent pancreatic damage developed 5 weeks treatment. When manifestations during tuberculosis includes isoniazid, physician should consider (Korean J Med 2012;82:594-598)
