摘要: An online line-scan imaging system containing an electron-multiplying charge-coupled device detector and spectrograph was used for identifying wholesome unwholesome freshly slaughtered chicken carcasses on high-speed commercial processing lines. Hyperspectral images were acquired using the 5549 93 a line, analysis to optimize ROI size location determine key intensity waveband ratio wavebands be inspection. Multispectral algorithms developed real-time identification of carcasses. The inspected over 100,000 chickens 140-bpm kill line during continuous operation achieved 99% accuracy in 96% chickens. A this type can perform food safety inspection tasks accurately with less variation performance at high speeds (e.g., least 140 bpm), help poultry plants improve production efficiency satisfy increasing consumer demand products.
