摘要: Introduction: The involvement of IL-17-producing CD8+T cells (TC17) in various conditions, such as infection, cancer and autoimmune inflammation, has been documented both humans mice; however, TC17 have received only marginal attention.Areas covered: Here, we provide an overview the cytokines, chemokines, cytokine chemokine receptors that characterize murine human cell phenotype. We also discuss signaling pathways, molecular interactions, transcriptional epigenetic events contribute to differentiation acquisition effector functions. Heterogeneity inherent phenotypic instability were shown models. Aberrant expression was observed many conditions.
