Recently Educational Development Center, Office Education-sponsored laboratory, commissioned TDR (Training-Development-Research) Associates, Inc. review available Education literature, analyze concept into its component parts, verify analysis with prominent Educators, develop instruments for classroom measurement properties (Walberg Thomas, 1971). The present paper presents validation Traditional classes classes.
