摘要: Abstract Pyridoxol (P), a vitamin B 6 compound, reacts with Fe 3+ ion in the pH range 1.5–5.0 to produce several complex species of forms (FePH) , (FeP) 2+ (FePOH) + (FeP 2 ) (Fe P(OH) 3 P (OH) and 4 . The formation constants were determined by using SQUAD II program spectrophotometric data wavelength 400–540 nm. stopped-flow technique was used follow kinetic reaction glycinehydroxamate (GX) -P 2.0–4.0. pseudo-first-order rate as well TP GX (analytic concentration GX) dependent. In addition, increasing increased reaction. A mechanism proposed interpret data.
