摘要: A step-by-step procedure is outlined for the surgical treatment of chronic pancreatitis and its complications: If operative cholangiogram demonstrates an unobstructed pancreatic duct filled by reflux, sphincterotomy done. no reflux occurs, pancreatogram essential after sphincterotomy. obstruction due to stone or stricture reveals a pseudocyst in continuity with system, operations here described are carried out. The techniques can bemodified correction fistulas.
