摘要: Introduction: In addition to, Carbohyrates, Lipids, Amino acids and vitamins, some of the trace metals are known vital for biological activity. But them not only necessary, but also they very toxic carcinogen. this research rate Mobility Bioavailability heavy associated with airborne particulates matter such as Zn, Pb, Cd, Cu, Fe, Ni Cr have been measured. Methods: The sequential extraction has used releasing metales from solid samples on paper filter samples. Five stages in procedure developed by Tessier, et al, was first determination concentration percentages which could be released each stage. 1st stage, exchangable were released. sample extracted 10 ml ammonium acetat, pH=7 1h. Then centrifuged at 2000 rpm. solution extraction, analysed Cr. 2nd bound to carbonates sensitive pH extracted. residue stage 1, sodium acetate 1 M adjusted 5 acetic acid. 1. third iron manganese oxides 2 reacted hydroxyl amine hydrochloride 25% v/v. 4th sulfides organic compounds 3 nitric acid hydrogen peroxide 30% heated 85° C. Finally 5th residual fraction 4 hydroflouric concentrations Pb Cd fractions too low, so, we carried out preconcentration method these two elements. Results Discussion: results show that different stages, analysis shown a considerable amounts lead cadmium during second had high mobility bioavailability.
