摘要: Abstract The organization of legumin films deposited on different solid substrates using the Langmuir-Blodgett technique has been studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). XPS data provide information identity chemical elements present as well bonding. From decomposed C 1s spectra, types carbon (peptidic, aliphatic etc.) have identified. variation in atomic ratios a function take-off angle shows structural orientation protein which hydrophobic amino acids are at external surface whereas hydrophilic oriented towards substrate.
