摘要: This paper presents a detailed study of the rheological properties aqueous dimer acid betaine solutions. Even at very low surfactant concentrations, these systems exhibit strong elastic properties. In contrast to anionic or cationic surfactants, where stress decay may proceed through chemical pathways, amphoteric solutions do not show monoexponential relaxation processes. The dynamic features can be characterized by stretched exponential decays. Typical such as zero shear viscosity, time equilibrium modulus scale with exponents which were originally derived from reptation theories.
