摘要: Abstract The synergistic inhibition effect between Cu 2+ and cationic gemini surfactant namely; 1,2-ethane bis(N,N-dimethylhexadecylammonium bromide); on the corrosion behavior of downhole tubing steel during secondary oil recovery old wells was investigated by weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques. results revealed that mixture had a good inhibitive carbon in produced water from well. surface parameters were calculated tension measurements at air–water interface. nature protective film formed studied using EDX SEM.
