摘要: Properties of workpieces, like residual stress in the rim zone, cannot be predicted for manufacturing technologies reproducible advance. This lack predictability shall solved by a new approach, called Process Signatures. These Signatures will combine material loadings forced process with change state variables, e. g. variation surface layer. As achieve comparability different processes same physical working principle, it is necessary to describe transition from properties uniform way. Consequently an energy based approach chosen that considers these transitions dissipation several kinds brought into and especially respective area.A first step development such identification all specific loadings. paper presents generated during electrochemical sinking process. In further contribution individual removal are estimated. Finally approaches combination main presented.
